We aim to provide high-quality Homemade Ice Lollies products, including our 8-piece multi-shape molds, 3 flavor options (Apple, Orange, Blueberry), measuring spoons, and accessories. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product is received in a damaged or broken condition

The product has expired or defective flavors at the time of delivery

No return will be accepted after 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused (except for checking damage)

Original packaging should be intact as much as possible

Proof of damage (images or video) may be required

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

If the product is used or partially consumed

If damage occurs after delivery due to mishandling

If the issue is reported after 7 days

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

A replacement or refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (if applicable)
