Welcome to our store. By placing an order for our Homemade Ice Lollies products, including our 8-piece multi-shape molds, 3 flavor options (Apple, Orange, Blueberry), measuring spoons, and related accessories, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By using our services or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian. All orders placed with us are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Product Information

We ensure that all product details, descriptions, and instructions are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

3. Orders & Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once full or agreed payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock unavailability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in local currency and may change without prior notice. Payments must be completed through approved payment methods as agreed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available all over Pakistan.

Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Saturday).

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or expired upon arrival. Requests must include valid proof (images or videos). Approved cases will be replaced or refunded accordingly.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages, misuse of the product, or issues arising after delivery and usage of the product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
