1. Delivery Coverage

We offer shipping all over Pakistan, ensuring our products reach customers in both urban and rural areas.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation and dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Days

Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Saturday.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully packed and dispatched as soon as possible.

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays due to courier services, weather, or other external factors may occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

6. Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping company. However, we fully support our customers in tracking and resolving any issues.
